Barre Baptist Fellowship Calls Jim Marchetti as New Pastor

The Barre Baptist Fellowship is pleased to announce that they have called Jim Marchetti as their new pastor. Jim is a native of Rhode Island but came to know the Lord at The Baptist Fellowship of Randolph, VT. He has been active in Men's Ministry and in Disaster Relief. He was licensed to the ministry by Resurrection Baptist Church in Montpelier, VT. He serves as a North American missionary through the Mission Service Corps program of the North American Mission Board. The previous pastor, John Tracy, had led the Barre Baptist Fellowship for nearly 20 years. He and his wife began many outreach ministries, including a soup kitchen, and have impacted many lives with the Gospel. Rev. Tracy will stay on at the church as the assistant pastor.
