Daybreak St. Albans Launches

Daybreak Community Church of Colchester has launched a daughter church in Saint Albans! Also called, Daybreak, there were 11 families from the community at the family fun festival on Saturday. Then 4 local families and a number of outside guests came to the church service, for a total of 60 people at the service. Pastor Brent Devenney explains, "This was what we call a soft launch, without a mass mailer being sent. Instead we just used word of mouth and door hangers." The new mission will have another service next month in September before starting weekly services in a local school.
